Where will my virtual assistant be located?
All our virtual assistants are located in the US, Your VA will work in the time zone of your preference from 9am – 6pm . Do you live outside of the US? No need to worry! We have a VA ready to work with you in the US time zone of your preference. Your VA will set a schedule with you to make sure communication will never be an issue.
Is there a trial period or money back guarantee?
We offer a 1 hour free trial period for our packages with a money back guarantee on any unexpired hours if you’re not satisfied with our services.
Does your company guarantee complete privacy while handling my company details?
We take your privacy very seriously. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. Your virtual assistant will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted them. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization. We have developed a non-disclosure and Confidentiality agreement that all team members sign before acquiring your virtual assistant. In addition, you may request for all team members to sign your own NDA which our clients have requested before. For all other inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Will my virtual assistant be working on the weekends?
Our virtual assistants work Monday through Friday from 9am – 6pm. You can submit your tasks at anytime and your virtual assistant will make sure to get to it first thing at 9am on the following business day.
What tasks can my virtual assistant complete for me?
Your virtual assistant can virtually do any task that does not require a physical presence. Our virtual assistants can offer quality services in their profession, they are trained and believe in always learning new skills. Due to certain limitations however, there will be situations where your VA cannot complete a specific task because it requires the use of professional applications. (example: Programming, app development, ect. )
How will I communicate with my virtual assistant?
Your VA will be accessible through email, text, phone or video chat. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your virtual assistant so that you develop a long lasting professional relationship. Getting to know your virtual assistant is the most important part of having confidence in their completed work, so we want you to do just that!
