PURPOSE OF SURPLUS HANDS
The site is a marketplace for employers and freelancers to connect and sell freelance services online. Surplus Hands makes the site available to connect and allow direct transactions to occur between employers and freelancers. Surplus Hands does not directly connect freelancers to clients, find projects for freelancers, or find freelancers for employers. Through our site, freelancers may receive recommendations on what projects are available to bid on based on their skill sets. However, freelancers are employers are responsible for evaluation and determining if they’re the right individual to complete project and comply with the service contract. If a freelancer or employer decides to enter into a service agreement, the service agreement is directly between the employer and freelancer. Surplus Hands in not a party to that service contract.
