Every hero needs a sidekick
My name is Nancy Nelson. I want to let you know a little bit about myself, so you can feel comfortable working with me as we move forward. I started life as the proud daughter of a man and his wife who served our country for 22 years. Translated that means I am an army brat. Growing up in the military is a unique lifestyle, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. We had the privilege to go to places and see things that most people only ever dream. I moved ten times before I was 18 years old.
When I graduated high school, I attended college and married while in college. My husband and I both graduated with B.S. degrees from Montana State University in Bozeman, MT. Since then we have raised three awesome children who are now discovering the world of adulthood. We have now joined the ranks of empty nest parents everywhere. I have to tell you . . . it’s weird . . . just weird.
Throughout our lives, as a family, I have worked at, tried, and survived many types of jobs. Somehow, I always find myself coming back to the field of office professionals. I know it might sound strange, but I feel it is my calling, my gift if you will. I also find I am good at what I do. I am a problem solver, a constant student, and a team player. In my mind completing work well is about excellence rather than perfectionism. I am always going to do the best job I possibly can for my clients.
Although there are specific industries where I excel, I don’t limit myself to those areas because the skills I possess can cross over to many types of industries. I desire to help others learn, grow, and develop.
I am not above creating a set of operations if none are present or helping you tweak a system to be more efficient and beneficial. I am flexible and organized when working with my clients.
Sometimes my office becomes my sanctuary and when I get in the zone of working on a project time gets away from me. I will always work a project until it is just right and deliver the best service possible.
