Customer support / Virtual Assistant
I have worked for many companies as customer support and sales agent. I do have experience in handling customer queries through phone calls, emails, and chats. I have worked for eCommerce stores and have a knowledge of product uploading and troubleshooting.
I am a good team player and have qualities which customer support agent should need to have. Within my experience in the field of customer support, I have adopted three qualities which are really necessary to have in customer support agent:
1)- How to be patience with the customer.
2)- Have good listing power.
3)-Have good communication skills to explain to the customer about the resolution of his/her issue.
The software that currently I am using for support are:
Zendesk, Five9, Bigcommerce, Shopify, Zoho, Crisp, Olark, Vonage
I have a good typing speed of 45WPM and able to work under high pressure and with a large number of incoming calls and chats.
Besides this, I am a good musician too 🙂
